(1.) Project Engineer/Project Manager Contract, Shipbuilder, Subic Bay, Philippines

The Position:

Mechanical Engineer responsible for studying and selecting alternatives for air handling, refrigeration, and HVAC systems for the next generation of cryogenic cargo carriers. The incumbent must have knowledge of cryogenics, air handling, refrigeration, and evaporators.

The Challenge:

To design systems for mixed LNG cargo carriers designed to transport compressed LNG from the Middle East to Thailand and to carry frozen processed foods from Thailand back to the Middle East on the otherwise deadhead return voyage.

The Concept:

The ship's primary propulsion system will be designed around the next generation of NG fueled gas turbines. On every run, the ship will be powered by its cargo carried in the large spherical compressed LNG pressure vessels. The primary refrigeration systems for the below-decks cryogenic storage will draw its primary cooling from a system of fuel evaporators that are in process between the LNG storage and the NG fueled gas turbines. The incumbent’s primary responsibility will be to contribute to the design team that selects the evaporators, air handlers, and refrigeration systems. Secondary cooling and back-up cooling systems will also be selected.

The employer seeks International Independent Broker-Dealers or Independent Financial Advisers who will work on a contract commission basis from his or her existing office. The B-D's or IFA's must be experienced, licensed, and have an existing International client base outside of Asia.

The employer's existing in-house staff has traditionally marketed directly to Asian clients. The employer seeks additional independent international staff who will report to the employer's Outside Sales Manager.

There is an excellent commission structure available. All new hires will be fully supported by the experienced back-office teams in Singapore and Hong Kong.
